Low pressure casting water-cooled motor shell is used for the shell of new energy vehicle drive motor. The shell wall is designed with spiral water channel. The water channel is divided into inlet and outlet, so that the coolant can quickly enter the shell to cool the heat generated by the high-speed operation of the motor, and quickly take away the heat to ensure the continuous working efficiency of the motor.

The front and rear covers of the low-pressure casting motor are installed at both ends of the water-cooled casing of the drive motor of the new energy vehicle, mainly used to support the bearings at both ends of the motor drive shaft, so as to keep the motor running at high speed and keep balance.

The stator and rotor cores of the motor are installed in the water-cooled casing, the stator core is embedded with enameled wire, and the rotor core is equipped with magnetic steel, motor shaft and bearing. After the motor is energized, the magnetic field is generated, and the high-speed operation generates power to drive the car forward.
